基于边缘检测的集装箱残缺检验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了基于Canny边缘检测和Hough变换的集装箱自动验残的方法,Canny边缘检测易受到噪声的影响,采用混合滤波和多尺度细节增强技术滤除干扰噪声,得到清晰准确的边缘结果图,并使用Hough变换进行直线检测和提取,在此基础上对集装箱残缺情况进行判定。实验表明,该方法能够滤除脉冲噪声,提高边缘检测和直线提取的准确率,从而有效地识别残缺的集装箱。 A method of automatic residual inspection of containers based on Canny edge detection and Hough transform is proposed.Canny edge detection is vulnerable to noise.Hybrid filtering and multi-scale detail enhancement technology are used to filter out interference noise,and clear and accurate edge result maps are obtained.Besides,Hough transform is used to detect and extract straight lines.On this basis,the incomplete situation of containers is determined.The experiments show that the impulse noise can be filtered,the accuracy of edge detection and line extraction can be improved.Therefore,the incomplete containers can be identified effectively.
