摘要
对基于网络招聘广告的电子商务人才技能需求进行研究。以在前程无忧网采集的163742条电子商务岗位招聘信息为数据来源,在进行分词处理和词频统计后运用内容分析法对人才技能需求进行分析,包括岗位需求基本情况、薪资分布、学历和工作经验要求、技能需求分布这几方面,并从专业技术、商业管理和综合素质这三个方面对技能需求分布进行细分,进一步明确了不同的职能岗位与人才所需技能的关联关系。在数字经济环境下,电商企业要认清岗位职能与人才所需技能的关系,要利用科学有效的方法寻找到符合岗位要求的人才。
The study researches the skill demands of e-commerce talents based on online recruitment advertisement;collects 163742 pieces of recruitment information of e-commerce posts in job51job.com;and analyzes technical demands of talents through the application of content analysis method after participle processing and word frequency statistics.The technical demands include the basic post demands,salary distribution,education background and working experience demands,and the distribution of skill demands.Then the study subdivides the distribution of skill demands into three aspects,such as professional skill,business management and comprehensive quality;and further clarifies the incidence relationship between different functional positions and required skills of talents.Under the environment of digital economy,e-commerce enterprises should recognize the relationship between post function and the required skills of the talents,use scientific and effective methods to find talents who can meet the demands of the post.
