大学生职业生涯规划对就业意向及行为的影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of College Students’Career Planning on Employment Intention and Behavior

在大学生就业形势愈发严峻背景下,以某本科学校学生为调研对象,通过问卷调研当今大学生职业生涯规划对就业意向及行为的影响。结果表明,合理的职业生涯规划对大学的学习产生了激励作用,对意向就业区域影响不大,大多数学生想前往大城市工作。提出了应提升自我认知、明确自身定位、学习专业知识、提升自身职业素质、科学制订符合自身实际的职业生涯规划及行动方针,以期提升大学生的就业质量。

In the context of the increasingly severe employment situation of college students,this paper investigates the impact of career planning on employment intentions and behaviors of college students through questionnaires,taking students of a certain undergraduate university as the survey objects.The results show that reasonable career planning has an incentive effect on college learning,and has little impact on the intended employment areas.Most students want to work in big cities.It is proposed that we should enhance self cognition,define our own position,learn professional knowledge,improve professional quality,and scientifically formulate career plans and action policies that conform to our own reality,so as to improve the employment quality of college students.
