摘要 从内外部视角对促进乡村教师专业发展的策略进行探讨。促进乡村教师专业发展的外部策略主要包括做好基本功训练,培养乡村教师胜任全科教学的能力,打造乡村学校特色课程,鼓励乡村教师向研究型教师发展。促进乡村教师专业发展的内部策略主要包括对教学目标、课程内容、课程理念、教师角色、学生角色这几方面进行反思。教学目标必须简单易懂并且能够被有效测量,这样更利于教师反思教学目标的完成情况;要根据乡村学校和学生的具体情况对课程的顺序、逻辑、难度、深度等重新进行定位,有选择性地筛选教材内容;不同教师在教学过程中使用的教学方式方法不尽相同,但教学理念都是殊途同归的;教师在课程中的主要身份职责是一个引导者,要在学生需要时进行合理引导;教师的学生观会对教学质量、教学行为、教学态度产生直接影响,并作用于学生的发展及教师自我价值的实现。为了提高乡村师资质量,需要强化乡村教师专业发展。 The study explores the strategies for the promotion of the professional development of rural teachers from internal and external perspective.External strategies for the promotion of the professional development of rural teachers mainly include the training of basic skills,the cultivation of the competence of rural teachers in general training,the creation of characteristic courses in rural schools,and the encouragement of research-oriented rural teachers.The internal strategies mainly include the reflection on the teaching target,teaching content,teaching concept,teachers’role and students’role.It is suggested to make the teaching objective simple,easy to be understood and measured to help teachers to better reflect the completion of teaching objective;reconstruct the course order,logistic,difficulty and deepness of the course according to the specific situation of rural schools and students,select teaching materials purposively.Although the teaching methods in teaching process are different,teachers’teaching concept is the same.Teachers are the guiders to rationally guide students when they need.Teachers’student concept will directly influence students teaching quality,behavior and attitude,and plays role in the achievement of students’development and teachers’self-fulfillment.It is necessary to promote the professional development of the rural teachers to improve the quality of rural teachers.
