摘要
对高等教育教学改革发展与教学成果培育进行讨论。介绍了高等教育教学改革发展的内涵,提出了高等教育教学改革发展与教学成果培育的方法:进行教育信息化改革,对线上资源和线下资源加以整合,使优质教育资源能够被共享;坚持思想政治课程体系建设,提高思想政治课的学科地位、学术地位,将思政教育渗透到各教育环节;打造复合型师资,加大对“双师型”教师的培养力度,避免出现师资结构过于单一的状况;注重国际化人才培养,进行国际合作办学;强化科研反哺教学,让教师能够同时认识到教学和科研的重要性;强调需求导向,为行业发展、产业发展提供良好的服务;关注一流人才培养,将学科优势充分发挥出来;突出实践教学改革,以创新实践的形式实现创新人才培养和教学资源建设。高等教育国家级教学成果奖的设立和评选对推动高等教育教学改革起到了积极作用,肯定了高校教育教学改革所取得的成绩。
The study discusses the teaching reform development and teaching achievement cultivation in higher education,introduces the connotation of teaching reform development of higher education,and proposes the methods,i.e.to reform education information,integrate online and offline resources,share high-quality education resources;adhere to the construction of ideological and political course system,improve the discipline and academic position of ideological and political course,integrate ideological and political education into all education links;create compound teaching staff team,increase the cultivation of“dual”teachers,avoid too simple teaching staff team structure;focus on international talents training,promote international cooperation;promote regurgitation-feeding teaching,help teachers to know the importance of teaching and scientific research;emphasize demand orientation,provide good service for industry development;focus on first-rate talents training,fully play the advantages of the discipline;emphasize practical teaching reform,realize the innovation talent training and teaching resource construction through innovation practice.The setting and evaluation of national teaching achievements of higher education has promoted and affirmed the achievements of teaching reform of higher education.
