摘要
馆员服务创新行为是高校图书馆塑造和保持竞争优势的重要基础。为考察职业成长对高校图书馆员服务创新行为的影响机理,在理论推演的基础上建立假设模型,对352份样本数据进行实证检验。结果表明:高校图书馆员服务创新行为在编制、职务、职称、进馆年限、代际上存在显著差异,职业成长(业务能力发展、科研水平提升、组织回报增长)和情感承诺对高校图书馆员服务创新行为有显著的正向影响,科研水平提升对情感承诺没有影响,而情感承诺在高校图书馆员职业成长与服务创新行为的关系间不起中介作用。从群体差异、个体成长和情感角度提出高校图书馆员服务创新管理启示和建议。
The service innovation behavior of librarians is an important basis for academic libraries to shape and maintain their competitive advantages.In order to investigate the influence mechanism of career growth on the service innovation behavior of academic librarians,this paper established a hypothesis model on the basis of theoretical deduction,and the author made an empirical test on 352 sample data.The results show that:academic librarians’service innovation behavior had significant differences in personnel relations,position,academic title,working seniority and intergeneration;career growth(professional ability development,research ability promotion,organizational reward growth)and affective commitment had significant positive impact on academic librarians’service innovation behavior,research ability promotion had no impact on affective commitment,however,affective commitment did not play a mediating role in the relationship between career growth and service innovation behavior.From the perspective of group differences,individual growth and emotion,this paper puts forward the enlightenment and suggestions on the service innovation management of academic librarians.
