中国法制史“教学做”一体化教学模式探究

摘要 中国法制史“教学做”一体化教学模式,是以培养法学复合型人才为宗旨,以培养基本知识、基本理论、基本技能扎实的高素质创新人才为目标定位,融课堂教学、课外读书、实践应用于一体的中国法制史教学模式。通过该教学模式,打破学生对于传统与当代法律之间的隔膜,使其能够如同理解当下的生活语境一样理解历史语境中的法律制度,使其能够如同参与部门法课堂一样参与中国法制史的学习,缓解教师授课难与学生学习难这一教学困境。 The purpose of the integrated teaching mode of Teach+Learn+Do amalgamation of Chinese Law System History is to cultivate compound talents.Its goal is to cultivate high-quality innovative talents with solid basic knowledge,basic theories and basic skills.It integrates the teaching mode of Chinese Law System History with classroom teaching,extracurricular reading and practice application.Through this teaching mode,we break the gap between students'traditional and contemporary law,so that they can understand the legal system in the historical context as well as they understand the current life context.At the same time,we also enable them to participate in the study of Chinese Law System History,as if they participate in departmental law classes,thus alleviating the teaching dilemma of teachers'teaching difficulties and students'learning difficulties.
