水产品加工工艺学混合式教学模式应用探索

线上线下混合式教学模式是传统课堂教学与线上教学融合发展的新型教学方式,是信息技术高速发展和教育改革深化时代下具有蓬勃朝气和广阔前景的教学方式。根据课程教学目标和教学内容,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,基于超星泛雅平台开展水产品加工工艺学混合式教学模式的应用探索。应用结果显示,采用混合式教学模式可有效提高学生的学习效率及自主学习积极性,实现学习资源多元化、方便化和个性化,为进一步推广其他专业课程教学的应用起到良好示范效果。

The online and offline blended teaching mode is a new teaching mode that integrates the traditional classroom teaching style with online teaching.With the development of information technology and education reform,this teaching mode has a broad prospect.In this paper,the online and offline blended teaching mode was adopted to carry out the teaching of"Technology for Aquatic Product Processing"according to the teaching objectives and contents,based on the Chaoxing Fanya platform.The results showed that the blended teaching mode can effectively improve students'learning efficiency and self-learning enthusiasm,enrich learning resources,and make clearer education objectives.Moreover,the model plays a good demonstration effect for the teaching of other professional courses with the potential of further promotion.
