摘要
【目的】为了丰富北京地区设施栽培优良樱桃番茄品种,筛选出口感和品质较好、产量高的优良樱桃番茄品种。【方法】对20个樱桃番茄新品种的果实品质指标进行单项和综合的分析研究,包括果色、果形指数、单果质量等外观指标和可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖。通过多项指标的分析评价,筛选营养品质高、风味佳和综合性好的品种。【结果】经试验比较分析筛选出P069和P078这两个品种表现为果型圆整、颜色鲜艳、大小均匀、口感香甜,满足种植户和消费者的需求,具有推广种植价值。
[Objective]In order to enrich the cherry tomato varieties cultivated in facilities in Beijing area,select the cherry tomato varieties with good taste and quality and high yield.[Methods]Analysis the fruit quality of 20 new varieties of cherry tomatoes,including fruit color,fruit shape,single fruit weight,soluble solids,VC,and soluble sugars.Through the analysis,varieties with high nutritional quality,and good flavor are screened.[Results]The two varieties of P069 and P078 were screened out as rounded fruit,bright color,uniform size and sweet taste,which met the needs of growers and consumers and had the promotion value of planting.
