22个结球生菜品种主要农艺性状及营养品质 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】明确结球生菜各品种性状间的关系并筛选出优质的结球生菜品种。【方法】以22个结球生菜品种为试验材料,分别采用多元统计分析法和隶属函数评估法对其主要农艺性状和营养品质进行综合评价。【结果】总叶柄长、叶柄厚和鲜质量遗传信息丰富;鲜质量、株高、展幅、叶长之间存在极显著正相关,同时叶宽和叶柄厚与叶片数间存在极显著负相关;22种结球生菜可分为五大类群体;根据隶属函数评估法分析,Iceberg#1的含水量、维生素E、维生素C、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖等营养指标综合评价最佳且隶属函数评分最高。【结论】各品种间主要农艺性状遗传信息丰富且营养品质最优的品种是Iceberg#1。 [Objective]The relationship between the characters of different varieties of heading lettuce is clarified and the quality varieties of heading lettuce are screened.[Methods]The main agronomic characters and nutritional quality of 22 heading lettuce cultivars were evaluated by multivariate statistical analysis and membership function evaluation method.[Results]The results showed that the genetic information of total petiole length,petiole thickness and fresh weight was abundant;there were significant positive correlations among fresh weight,plant height,leaf span and length,and significant negative correlations between leaf width and petiole thickness and leaf number;22 kinds of heading lettuce can be divided into five groups;according to the membership function evaluation method,Iceberg#1 had the best comprehensive evaluation of nutrient indexes such as water content,vitamin E,vitamin C,soluble protein and soluble sugar,and the highest membership function score.[Conclusion]The genetic information of main agronomic characters was abundant among varieties and the most nutritional variety was Iceberg#1.
