摘要
慢性鼻窦炎是一种慢性炎症性疾病。近年来在哮喘的研究与临床应用过程中,发现生物制剂对鼻部疾病如慢性鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎等也有一定改善作用,国外在生物制剂对上呼吸道疾病的作用方面有了初步研究。本文旨在综述国内外生物制剂对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的作用机制、临床疗效等的最新研究进展。
Objective Chronic rhino sinusitis is a chronic inflammatory disease.In recent years,in the research and clinical application of asthma,it has been found that biologics can also improve nasal diseases such as chronic rhinosinusitis and allergic rhinitis,and there has been a preliminary study on the effect of biologics on upper respiratory diseases abroad.The purpose of this article is to review the latest research progress of the mechanism and clinical efficacy of biologics in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.
