随着数字放映设备的引入,我国电影产业逐步向数字化方向发展。数字电影放映已逐步取代了传统胶片放映设备,创造出良好的经济效益。但在实际放映过程中,由于各种因素的影响,设备可能出现各种不同的故障,影响放映的质量和稳定。对此,总结数字电影放映设备使用中经常出现的故障及相应处理方法,并从数字电影放映设备通风散热、设备的清洁保养及防尘、电压管理及导线维护等方面详细探讨放映设备的日常维护保养注意事项,以保证放映的质量及设备运转的良好环境。

With the introduction of digital projection equipment, China’s film industry is gradually developing in the digital direction.Digital film screening has gradually replaced the traditional film screening equipment, creating good economic benefits. However,in the actual screening process, due to various factors, the equipment may have various failures, affecting the quality and stability of the screening. To this end, this paper summarizes the frequently occurring faults and corresponding treatment methods in the use of digital film projection equipment, and discusses in detail the daily maintenance precautions of projection equipment from the aspects of ventilation and heat dissipation of digital film projection equipment, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, dust prevention, voltage management and wire maintenance, so as to ensure the quality of projection and a good environment for equipment operation.
