Application of Security Technology for Operator’s IPTV Service

交互式网络电视(IPTV)作为三网融合的典型业务,在提速降费的背景下得到了爆发式发展,成为运营商收入增长和增加用户黏性的主推业务。然而,IPTV行业受到严格的政策与法律监管,必须保证业务的安全性。为此,基于运营商的IPTV业务情况及网络架构,分析IPTV传输系统所面临的安全风险,并在运维过程中从业务平台系统加固、安全边界规划、业务流程设计、安播监控手段及运维制度管理等方面应用不同的防范手段,从而保障IPTV业务的安全、高质量播出。

As a typical service of network convergence, IPTV has developed explosively under the background of increasing speed and reducing fees policy, and has become the main business for carrier to increase revenue and increase user stickiness. On the other hand,IPTV industry is subject to strict policy and legal supervision, the security must be guaranteed. Based on the carrier’s IPTV business situation and network architecture, this paper analyzes the security risks faced by IPTV transmission system, and applies different preventive measures from the aspects of platform reinforcement, security boundary planning, business process design, security broadcast monitoring and maintenance regulations, so as to ensure the security and high-quality broadcasting of IPTV business.
