超高清电视发展的现状、问题及对策研究

超高清电视的分辨率更高,运行速度更快,色域更加宽广,使用更加便捷,能给观众带来更好的观看体验。为此,我国早在2016年就明确提出发展超高清电视,国家广播电视总局也在2017年出台《4K超高清电视节目制作与交换参数值》行业标准。本文将具体梳理我国超高清电视在政策、技术标准、产业及技术等方面的现状,总结在过去几年的发展中,超高清电视在技术、节目、传输等方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题,结合超高清电视发展的趋势,提出具体的解决对策,希望能促进我国超高清电视的健康持续发展。

Ultra-high-definition TVs have higher resolution, faster running speed, wider color gamut, and more convenient use,which can bring a better viewing experience to the audience. To this end, our country clearly proposed the development of ultra-highdefinition TV as early as 2016, and the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television also issued the industry standard “4K UltraHD TV Program Production and Exchange Parameter Values” in 2017. This article will sort out the current situation of our country’s ultra-high-definition TV in terms of policies, technical standards, industries and technologies, and summarize the problems existing in technology, programs, and transmission of ultra-high-definition TV in the past few years. To the problem, combined with the development trend of ultra-high-definition TV, this paper puts forward specific solutions, hoping to promote the healthy and sustainable development of ultra-high-definition TV in our country.
