均压稳流型分酸器的真空负压稳流原理及应用

摘要 分酸器是浓硫酸生产中干吸工序的重要设备,其分酸均匀效果直接影响到气液的接触效率。均压稳流型分酸器是基于流体力学原理,采用科学的双层或多层与多路预分式的流体稳流结构设计,其内形成连通的真空负压稳流气层,使分酸器内部液面压力一致,出酸点口压力差值约100 Pa,从而实现了酸流量均分和出口点酸流缓流、均匀及圆整延长。应用案例表明:均压稳流型分酸器有较好的分酸流量均布特性,提高了填充床内气液接触的均匀性和稳定性,使干燥的炉气w(HO)降低约10%~30%,SO吸收率达99.99%,具有降低塔体高度(节约投资)、节电和环保减排等优势,对优化硫酸生产有着重要的作用。 The acid distributor is an important equipment in the dry absorption process of concentrated sulphuric acid production,and its acid distribution uniformity directly affects the gas-liquid contact efficiency.The even-pressured and stable-flowed acid distributors are based on principles of fluid mechanics,designed as scientific two-layered or multi-layered,multi-channeled pre-distribution steady flow structures,in which there formed a connected negative pressure steady flow gas layer,so that the pressure of liquid surface inside the distributor is consistent everywhere,and the pressure difference among all acid outlets is only about 100 Pa.In this way,the acid flow is evenly distributed,and the flow speed at the outlets is slow and uniform.Many applications show that,the even-pressured and stableflowed acid distributors have superior distribution uniformity performance of acid,improve the uniformity and stability of gas-liquid contact in the filled bed,reduce the water content w(HO)in the dry furnace gas by 10%-30%,raise the absorption rate of SOto 99.99%.Besides,they have the advantages of reducing the height of the tower(saving investment),saving electricity,reducing emission and protecting environment,so play an important role in optimizing sulphuric acid production.
