摘要
某炼锌厂以冶炼污酸和火法脱氟氯产生的布袋烟尘为原料,经逆流碱洗、酸浸、中和沉铟和锌粉置换等工序,实现了铅、铟、镉、锌等有价金属的梯次回收,同时避免了采用石灰处理污酸而产生大量石膏渣污染环境。锌冶炼污酸与布袋烟尘协同处理技术的应用,实现了污酸的资源化利用和有价金属的回收,仅污酸处理的石灰费用可节省145万元/a,回收有价金属可增加经济效益2830万元/a,经济效益和环保效益显著,达到了综合效益最佳化。
A zinc smelting plant uses the waste acid from smelting and the bag smoke generated by the fire method defluorination and chlorine removal as raw materials,realizes the cascade recovery of valuable metals such as lead,indium,cadmium and zinc through countercurrent alkali washing,acid leaching,neutralization and indium precipitation,zinc powder replacement and other processes,,and avoids the environmental pollution caused by a large number of gypsum residues produced by lime treatment of waste acid at the same time.The application of the collaborative treatment technology of zinc smelting waste acid and bag dust has realized the resource utilization of waste acid and the recovery of valuable metals.Only the lime cost of waste acid treatment can be saved by 1.45 million yuan/a,and the recovery of valuable metals can increase the economic benefit by 28.3 million yuan/a.The economic benefit and environmental protection benefit are significant,and the comprehensive benefit is optimized.
