摘要
介绍了双氧水脱硫工艺在400 kt/a硫黄制酸系统的应用情况。详细介绍了双氧水脱硫工艺的原理及流程,从脱硫液的硫酸浓度、双氧水浓度和喷淋密度,尾气脱硫塔的填料性能及设备材质等方面对影响脱硫效率和设备腐蚀的关键影响因素进行了分析,提出了能够满足系统稳定运行的工艺控制参数。
The application of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process in 400 kt/a sulphur-burning acid production system is introduced.The principle and process of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process are introduced in detail.The key factors affecting desulfurization efficiency and equipment corrosion are analyzed from the aspects of sulphuric acid concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration and spray density of desulfurization solution,filler performance of tail gas desulfurization tower and equipment material,and the process control parameters that can meet the stable operation of the system are proposed.
