摘要
以某天然气净化厂为例,结合生产实际,分析了尾气二氧化硫含量的影响因素,分别从参数优化调整、技术改造等方面提出控制措施。经过改造调整后,排放尾气ρ(SO_(2))有效控制在400 mg/m^(3)以内,部分系列可控制在200 mg/m^(3)以内,环保效果显著,具有较好的借鉴意义。
Taking a natural gas purification plant as an example,combined with the current production practice,the influencing factors of sulfur dioxide content in tail gas are analyzed,and the control measures are given from the aspects of parameter optimization and adjustment,technical transformation and so on.After transformation and adjustment,and the sulfur dioxide content in tail gas is effectively controlled within 400 mg/m^(3).Part of the series can be controlled within 200 mg/m^(3),the environmental protection effect is remarkable,which has good reference significance.
