链—回—环球团生产系统提质增效改进措施

Measures to improve quality and efficiency of grate-kiln-cooler pellet production system

摘要 为降低球团生产过程中湿返料的循环量,提高生球合格率,本文从改善生球质量、稳定生球粒度组成两方面入手,结合造球盘刮刀改型、返料碾磨和辊筛变频技术等改进措施,对链—回—环球团生产系统的提质增效展开研究。结果表明:造球盘固定刮刀改型能降低造球过程中湿返料循环量,生球合格率提高4.78%;低压辊磨改造可改善返料的成球性,促进生球合格率提高1.92%,膨润土单耗降低1.11 kg/t;辊筛变频技术的利用能提高生球的筛分效率,促进返球率降低6.27%,改善成品球抗压强度。 In order to reduce the circulation of wet returns in the production process of pellet and improve the qualified rate of green pellets, two ways including improving the quality of green balls and stabilizing the composition of green balls particle size are started with, combined with such improvement measures as ball-making disc scraper modification, returning grinding and roller screen frequency conversion technology to study on improving quality and efficiency in grate-kiln-cooler pelletizing production systems.The results show that the modification of the fixed scraper of the pelletizing disc can reduce the circulation of wet returns in the production process, and the qualified rate of green balls can be increased by 4.78%;the low pressure grinding modification can improve the balling of the returns, promote the pass rate of green balls by 1.92%,and reduce the unit consumption of bentonite by 1.11 kg/t.The use of roller screen frequency conversion technology can improve the screening efficiency of green balls, promote the reduction of the return rate by 6.27%,and improve the compressive strength of the finished ball.
