摘要
2022年2月24日,俄罗斯武装部队对乌克兰实施了“特别军事行动”即发生了所谓的“俄乌冲突”,它不仅造成了欧洲历史上一个和平时期的中断,还被认为是二战结束以后欧洲历史上发生的最大规模战争。其风险和对全球安全架构的影响很难评估且成因复杂。本文主要分析俄乌冲突对东北亚地缘关系的影响,重点关注这场冲突对俄罗斯与东北亚主要国家间在外交、贸易和投资等方面受到的冲击,并尝试分析在东北亚和整个欧亚大陆建立一个新的安全体系进程受到的影响。
On February 24,2022,a military conflict between the Russian armed forces and Ukraine not only caused a peacetime hiatus in European history,but is also considered to be the largest war in European history since the end of World War II.Its risks and impact on the global security architecture are difficult to assess and complex to cause.In examining the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on security in North-East Asia,this paper focuses on the impact of military conflicts in and around Eastern Europe,Ukraine,and on diplomatic relations,trade,and investment,as well as on the process of building a new security system in Northeast Asia and throughout Eurasia.Apply the theories of the school of international relations theory in international political economy and refer to the views of several major Russian think tanks to study the impact of contemporary military conflicts on the regional international relations system,and conduct interdisciplinary analysis and evaluation.
