摘要
为提高测定稀土萃取液中^(226)Ra含量时的工作效率,本文采用HPGeγ能谱仪对样品稀土萃取液进行测量,用马林杯进行装样,对^(226)Ra第三代字体^(214)Pb能量为351.99keV的γ射线测量来得到^(226)Ra的放射性比活度,测量结果的相对标准偏差(RSD/%)为6.17,与国标中硫酸钡共沉淀射气法测镭的结果相比,相对误差在-9.1%~9.3%之间。对该方法进行加标回收率试验,加标回收率达107.4%~118.2%。该方法精密度、准确度和加标回收率均能满足生产需求。
In order to improve the efficiency of the determination of ^(226)Ra content in rare earth extraction liquid,this paper uses HPGeγ-spectral method to measure the sample,using Marin cup for sample loading,with high purity Ge HPGeγ-spectrometer to ^(226)Ra third generation type ^(214)Pb energy of 351.99keVγ-ray measurement to get ^(226)Ra radioactivity specific activity.The relative standard deviation(RSD/%)of the measured results is 6.17,and the relative error is between-9.1%~9.3%compared with the Barium sulfate co-precipitation gas ejection method in the national standard.The recovery rate of this method was 117.8%~135.8%.The precision,accuracy and recovery rate of the method can meet the production requirements.
