基于智能手机图像数据处理技术快速检测水体中的氨氮

摘要 氨氮在水体中的含量会直接影响水环境监生态安全和人类健康。传统的分析技术设备体积大且昂贵,需专业操作人员严重限制了现场即时检测的发展。本文基于智能手机的图像传感技术实现了氨氮快速准确的检测。通过智能手机安装的图像信息程序对样品颜色进行提取,建立色度值(R+B)/G与氨氮浓度的标准曲线关系,相关系数R为0.9994;氨氮的检出限为0.006 mg/L。分别利用标准加入法和实际样品检测与实验室分光光度计法相对比,基于智能手机的氨氮检测表现出了良好的重现性和准确性,这表明该方法具有很好的现场实际应用价值前景。 The content of ammonia nitrogen in water directly affects water environment ecological safety and human health;Traditional analytical equipment is bulky,expensive and requires professional operators,which seriously limits the development of on-site real-time detection.The paper realized the rapid and accurate detection of ammonia nitrogen based on the image sensing technology of smartphone.The color of the sample was extracted by the image information program installed on the smart-phone.The standard curve relationship between the chromaticity value(R+B)/G and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was established,R=0.9994;the detection limit of ammonia nitrogen was 0.006 mg/L.Compared with the laboratory spectrophotometer method using the standard addition method and the actual sample detection,respectively,ammonia nitrogen detection based the smartphone showed good reproducibility and accuracy.It shows that the method has a good prospect of practical application value in the field.
