摘要
目前我国现行的工作场所空气中硫化氢的测定方法灵敏度、准确度与精密度欠佳。且硫化氢在溶液中稳定性差,增加了测定的难度。本改进方法优选合适的吸收液,解决了硫化氢在溶液中稳定性的问题。并通过大量的试验,如回收试验、保存期试验、精密度试验、准确度试验及批间重复性试验等,验证本方法的稳定可靠性。本方法线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.1457x-0.0028,相关系数为0.9997,检出限低,精密度、准确度较高,重复性较好,操作简单。硫化物标准溶液的保存期在避光8℃的情况下可延长至20天。
At present,the current methods for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air of workplaces in my country are not sensitive,accurate and precise.And hydrogen sulfide has poor stability in solution,which increases the difficulty of determination.The improved method selects a suitable absorbing liquid and solves the problem of the stability of hydrogen sulfide in solution.And through a large number of tests,such as recovery test,shelf life test,precision test,accuracy test and batch repeatability test,etc.,to verify the stability and reliability of this method.The method has a good linear relationship,the regression equation is y=0.1457x-0.0028,the correlation coefficient is 0.9997,the detection limit is low,the precision and accuracy are high,the repeatability is good,and the operation is simple.The shelf life of the sulfide standard solution can be extended to 20 days in the dark at 8℃.
