从废SCR催化剂碱浸渣回收TiO_(2)及其颜料性能的研究

摘要 热碱浸出分离提取钒钨钛,是目前最具应用价值的废SCR脱硝催化剂回收利用的方法。本文研究了热碱浸出分离提取钒钨后获得的钛渣中回收钛制备颜料级钛白粉。首先研究了不同清洗配方对钛渣中杂质去除,实验表明5%硫酸+5%硫酸铵混合液对杂质去除效果最好,清洗后TiO_(2)含量超过98%;对该配方清洗样进行了煅烧实验并分析了试验样品的白度、物相、形貌、粒度等,结果表明800℃煅烧温度,l值最高,a/b值最低,物相为单一的锐钛矿,SEM显示该煅烧温度下呈均匀分散的球状形貌,激光粒度仪分析粒度分布均匀。 Extraction of vanadium,tungsten and titanium by hot alkali leaching is the most valuable method for recovery and utilization of waste SCR denitrification catalyst.In this paper,the preparation of pigmented titanium dioxide from titanium slag obtained by hot alkali leaching and separation of vanadium and tungsten was studied.Firstly,the removal of impurities in titanium slag by different cleaning formulas was studied.The results showed that the mixture of 5%sulfuric acid and 5%ammonium sulfate had the best removal effect,and the content of TiO_(2) after cleaning was over 98%.Calcination experiments were carried out on the cleaning sample of the formula,and the whiteness,phase,morphology and particle size of the test sample were analyzed.The results showed that the calcination temperature at 800℃was the highest in L value,the lowest in a/b value,and the phase was single anatase.SEM showed that the calcination temperature was uniformly dispersed spherical morphology,and the particle size distribution was uniform by laser particle size analyzer.
