我国乡村民宿消防安全难点及对策探讨

Discussion on difficulties and countermeasures of rural homestay fire safety in our country

随着我国推进乡村振兴战略的不断深入,相关部门提出了全面开发乡村旅游、乡村民宿等特色产业,通过促进文旅融合发展从而带动乡村经济快速发展的工作机制。然而,随着乡村民宿产业的全面发展,在相关管理体系方面,特别是在消防安全管理层面上有待改进,以上场所的火灾普遍具有发生概率高、人员伤亡重、处置难度大的特点,一旦管理不当,极易引发群死群伤事故。基于此,以我国乡村民宿消防安全为探究重点,逐一研判了我国乡村民宿所普遍具有的消防安全难点,根据乡村民宿消防安全问题产生原因,提出了相应切实有效的管理对策,以期能够给我国乡村民宿消防安全管理工作顺利开展提供一定参考。

With the deepening of our country's rural revitalization strategy,relevant departments proposed to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism,comprehensively develop characteristic industries such as rural tourism and rural homestays,and drive the rapid growth of the rural economy.However,with the comprehensive development of the rural homestay industry,in terms of relevant management systems,especially fire safety management needs to be improved.Fires generally have the characteristics of high occurrence probability,heavy casualties,and difficult disposal in rural homestays.Once the management is improper,it is very easy to cause mass death and mass injury accidents.Based on this,the paper focuses on the fire safety of rural homestays,further analyzes the difficulties of fire safety in rural homestays,and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures according to the causes of fire safety problems in rural homestays,hoping to provide some references for the development of fire safety management in rural homestays.
