目前市场上的压力罐车主要运输常温中低压的液化气体和低温常压的液化气体两种。常温中低压的液化气体主要有液化石油气、氯气、氮气等,低温常压的液化气体主要有液化天然气、液氧、液氮、液氩等。消防救援人员需要了解掌握压力罐车运输气体的基本性质,认清实战上存在的薄弱环节和突出问题,将运输行业上成熟的堵漏技术与消防工作实际结合起来,对现有的堵漏装备应用进行分析研究,并积极进行新器材的研发,形成符合消防专业特点、堵漏方案的数据库,对压力罐车泄漏事故的有效处置具有深远的意义。

At present,the pressure tank cars in the market mainly transport liquefied gas at normal temperature and low pressure and liquefied gas at low temperature and normal pressure.The liquefied gases at normal temperature,medium and low pressure mainly include liquefied petroleum gas,chlorine gas,nitrogen,etc.the liquefied gases at low temperature and normal pressure mainly include liquefied natural gas,liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen,liquid argon,etc.Fire and rescue personnel need to understand and master the basic nature of the gas transported by pressure tank trucks,recognize the weak links and prominent problems in the actual battle,combine the mature lleakage stoppage technology in the transportation industry with the actual situation of fire fighting,analyze and study the application of existing leakage stoppage equipment,actively carry out research and development of new equipment,form a database of leakage stoppage plans that meet the characteristics of the fire fighting profession,and it has far-reaching significance for the effective treatment of pressure tank car leakage accidents.
