摘要
层出不穷的火灾事故极大地威胁了民众的生命财产安全,因此备受重视。为严防各种火灾事故,有必要加强火灾调查,进行监控录像证据的灵活使用,从而确定火灾事故真相,明确火灾责任人,对其加以追责、处罚,若是事故过于严重,还需追究其法律责任,提升其违法成本,并督促相关责任人做好火灾事故预防工作,确保社会稳定发展。现就火灾调查中监控录像证据的应用展开重点论述与分析。
The endless fire accidents are highly valued as the threaten of people's lives and properties.In order to prevent various fire accidents,it is necessary to strengthen the fire investigation,the flexible use of surveillance video evidence,so as to determine the truth of the fire accident,clarify the person responsible for the fire,to pursue and punish them,and if the accident is too serious,it is also necessary to pursue their legal responsibility,to enhance their illegal costs,and to urge those responsible to do a good job in the prevention of fire accidents,to ensure the stable development of society.The article discusses and analyzes the application of surveillance video evidence in fire investigation.
