中国沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力和转型升级路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国对外开放范围不断扩大,开放领域不断拓宽,开放层次不断深入,沿边陆路口岸的重要地位日益凸显。运用改进熵权的TOPSIS综合评价方法,从东北、西北、西南三个维度,对我国7个沿边省份51个沿边陆路口岸的经济竞争力进行评估并设计转型升级路径。经研究发现,西南地区沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力最强,西北地区居次位,东北地区最弱;广西沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力排首位,新疆为第四,辽宁为第七;各因素对沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力的贡献不同,口岸产业发展水平对沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力的影响最大,对外开发开放平台建设居次位,国家扶持政策排名第三,口岸基础设施建设则排名最后;沿边陆路口岸经济竞争力差异较大,发展不均衡现象尤为突出。 With the continuous expansion of the scope of China’s opening-up,the field of opening-up continues to expand,and the level of opening-up continues to deepen,the important position of the border land ports has become increasingly prominent.This paper uses TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method of improved entropy weight to evaluate the economic competitiveness of 51 border land ports in 7 border provinces in China from the three dimensions of northeast,northwest and southwest,and designs the transformation and upgrading path.The research found that the economic competitiveness of the border land ports in the southwest region is the strongest,the northwest region ranks second,and the northeast region is the weakest;the economic competitiveness of the border land ports in Guangxi ranks first,Xinjiang the fourth,and Liaoning the seventh;the contribution to the economic competitiveness of border land ports is different,the development level of the port industry has the greatest impact on the economic competitiveness of the border land ports.The construction of the platform for foreign development and opening up ranks second,the national support policy ranks third,and the port infrastructure construction ranks last;the economic competitiveness of border land ports varies greatly,and the unbalanced development is particularly prominent.
