国有企业实践运用监督执纪“四种形态”机制研究

摘要 监督执纪“四种形态”是全面从严治党实践的重要创新成果。本文结合监督执纪“四种形态”的内涵,根据国有企业生产经营实际,梳理实践运用“四种形态”中体系建设有待深化完善、“第一种形态”发挥作用的常态化响应机制不灵敏、转换机制不到位、考核评价机制有待完善等存在的问题,并提出完善实践运用监督执纪“四种形态”机制的相关建议。 The “four forms” of supervision and discipline enforcement are the important innovation results of the practice of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.This paper,combining with the connotation of “four forms” of the supervision and discipline enforcement,sorts out the practical use of “four forms” system construction,according to the state-owned enterprise production and management practice,which needs to be further perfected.Furthermore,there are problems such as the response mechanism of “the first form” function is insensitive,the conversion mechanism does not reach the designated position,and the evaluation mechanism is not complete.It also puts forward some suggestions to perfect the “four forms” mechanism of supervision and discipline enforcement in practice.
