摘要
从近年来经济增长趋势的变化可以看出,企业发展整体模式正在由依靠资源投入、商机红利带来的粗放式增长,向由精细化管理和技术创新所驱动的集约型方式转变。对于中国石化财务有限责任公司来说,RPA技术的应用能够替代岗位人员,完成大量“规则较为固定、重复性较高、附加值较低”的工作,促进智能化产品和传统业务的有机结合。
From the change of economic growth trend in recent years,it can be seen that the overall mode of enterprise development is changing from extensive growth brought by resource investment and business opportunity dividends to an intensive mode driven by refined management and technological innovation.For the finance company,the application of RPA technology can replace personnel in position,complete a large number of work with “relatively fixed rules,high repeatability and low added value”,and promote the organic combination of smart products and traditional businesses.
