新时代终身学习教育体系构建的困境及对策探讨

在倡导全民学习、终身学习的时代,每个人都应是终身学习的行动者,终身学习内涵是能够让每个人在其生命阶段的任何时期、任何地点都能获取到想学、爱学、乐学的各类资源。新时代背景下构建终身学习的教育体系既是中华民族复兴的时代要求,也是教育回归人的本质属性、生活诉求的内在要求。针对构建终身学习的教育体系目前存在的问题,应从强化国家责任担当意识、打通各级各类教育沟通渠道,形成终身教育合力、转变学习观念,强化非正式学习等方面强力推进。

In the era of advocating universal learning and lifelong learning,everyone should be an actor of lifelong learning.The connotation of lifelong learning is to enable everyone to learn and love to learn at anytime and anywhere in their life stage.Building an education system for lifelong learning under the background of the new era is not only the epochal requirement for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also the inherent requirement for education to return to human nature and life demands.In response to the current problems in the construction of a lifelong learning education system,we should strengthen the awareness of national responsibility,open various educational communication channels at all levels,form a joint force for lifelong education,change learning concepts,and strengthen informal learning.
