校企合作视域下的高校资助育人体系构建

The Construction of University Funding Education System from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation

当前,中国高校基本形成了较为完善的资助体系,但存在3个方面的问题,即资助与育人脱节、资助结构短视性、育人理念滞后性。为解决这一困境,从经济资助、精神引领、能力提升、职业发展4个方面提出了校企合作资助育人的实践模式,通过目标导向育人、企业文化熏陶、岗位实践提升、生涯规划指导达成育人成效,同时要选择合适的企业、兼顾企业的需求、维持畅通的交流。

Currently,Chinese universities have basically formed a relatively complete funding system.However,there are three problems including the disconnection between funding and education,the short-sightedness of funding structure,and the lagging concept of education.In order to solve this dilemma,this article proposes a practical model of school-enterprise cooperation funding education from the four aspects of financial assistance,spiritual guidance,ability improvement,and career development.What's more,it is suggested to achieve education results through goal-oriented education,corporate culture edification,job practice promotion,and career planning guidance.At the same time,we must choose the right company,take into account the needs of the company,and maintain smooth communication.
