摘要
进入21世纪以来,高职教育因鲜明的现代性和职业性的特征,让其从传统的专业教育模式中凸显出来。如何在快速发展的高职教育中培养出满足社会需要的人才,已经成为高职院校人才培养模式改革的方向。该文结合高职院校会计专业学生的特点以及差异化培养的定位,分别从“专升本”“就业创业”与“双师型”教师培养3个方面分析差异化人才培养的策略,以期提高高职院校会计类专业学生培养质量,提高院校的社会声誉度。
Since entering the 21st century,higher vocational education has been highlighted from the traditional professional education mode because of its distinctive characteristics of modernity and professionalism.How to cultivate talents to meet the social needs in the rapid development of higher vocational education has become the direction of talent training mode reform in higher vocational colleges.Based on the characteristics of accounting students in Higher Vocational Colleges and the positioning of differentiated training,this paper analyzes the strategies of training differentiated talents from three aspects of"upgrading from college to undergraduate","employment and entrepreneurship"and"double qualification"teacher training,so as to improve the quality of accounting students training in higher vocational colleges and improve the social reputation of colleges.
