“双创”视域下高职院校青年教师教学创新能力提升策略研究

Research on Teaching Innovation Ability and Improvement Countermeasures of Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation"

随着当前我国教育体制的改革,我国对于高职院校教育的重视程度也在逐渐增强,与此同时提出了“双创”的教育理念。国家的可持续发展离不开创新人才的培养,然而创新人才离不开广大青年教师的努力栽培。在我国高职院校中,青年教师是当前教育改革的先驱者也是领导者,教师的教学创新能力直接影响高职院校学生的创新创业意识及能力培养。该文以“双创”视域作为研究背景,对高职院校的青年教师教学创新能力相关内容展开研究。

With the current reform of Chinese education system,Chinese emphasis on higher vocational education is also gradually increasing.At the same time,the educational concept of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"was put forward.The sustainable development of the country cannot be separated from the cultivation of innovative talents,while the cultivation of innovative talents cannot be separated from the efforts of young teachers.In China's higher vocational colleges,young teachers are pioneers and leaders of the current educational reform.Teachers'teaching innovation ability directly affects students'innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and ability cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Taking the perspective of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"as the research background,this paper conducts a research on the teaching innovation ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
