摘要
CLIL教学法强调内容与语言的结合,即语言学习与专业学科知识运用的紧密结合,这恰好与培养“一专多能”的英语应用型人才不谋而合。该文选取笔者所在院校英语专业19级两个班为实验对象,探讨将CLIL模式运用于民办高校英语专业阅读教学的效果。实验结果显示:两个班后测成绩的平均值存在显著性差异,表明CLIL教学法促进了实验班学生阅读能力的提升,且对学生的自主学习和学习兴趣也产生了积极影响。
CLIL teaching emphasizes the combination of content and language,that is,the close combination of language learning and the application of professional knowledge,which coincides with the cultivation of versatile English talents who are application-oriented.This study selects two classes of English majors in the author's college as the experimental objects to explore the effect of applying CLIL mode to the reading teaching for English majors in private colleges and universities.The results show that there is a significant difference between the mean of the two classes'post-test scores,indicating that CLIL teaching method facilitates the improvement of students'reading ability in the experimental class,and also it has a positive impact on students'autonomous learning as well as their learning interest.
