2020年是国家全面建成小康社会,精准扶贫的收官之年,为了进一步完善创新艺术扶贫的文化路径,确保艺术扶贫工程的全面提升,同时推进全面脱贫与乡村振兴有效衔接,对福建“艺术扶贫工程”的实践历程、成效和经验进行梳理和回顾,针对出现的问题、困难,提出建议意见。

2020 is the year of the country building a well-off society in an all-round way and helping the poor with precision.In order to further improve the cultural path of innovative art poverty alleviation,ensure the overall promotion of art poverty alleviation project,and promote the effective link between overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,this paper combs and reviews the practical course,effect and experience of Fujian Art Poverty Alleviation Project,and puts forward for the problems and difficulties.
