医学院校易班网络育人的学生工作队伍建设研究——以广西中医药大学易班学生工作站为例

网络思想政治教育是当前形势下的思想政治教育趋势,“易班”平台是当前网络思政教育发展的新形式。易班学生干部作为易班发展的参与者和实施者,在高校学生管理中的地位举足轻重。如何充分发挥易班学生干部队伍的作用是当下所有学生思政教育工作者所必须思考的问题。笔者以广西中医药大学易班学生干部队伍为例,探索在新媒体环境下医学院校易班学生队伍的培养新模式。

Network ideological and political education is the trend of ideological and political education under the current situation.E-Class is a new situation in the development of network ideological and political education.As the participants and implementers of the development of the student cadres of E-Class,who play an important role in the management of college students.How to give full play to the role of E-Class student cadres is a problem that all students'thinking and political educators can't ignore at the time.The author focuses on the student cadres of E-Class of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and explores the new model of training the cadres of E-Class students in medical colleges and universities under the new media environment,taking the model of developing and building the team as an example.
