高校学生党支部、班级、团支部协同工作机制研究——以成贤学院为例

Study on the Cooperative Working Mechanism of College Students'Party Branch,Class and Youth League Branch——A Case Study of Chengxian University

班级一直都是高校管理的基本单位,也是对于学生日常管理工作开展和各项事务落实的基本组织。新时期高校管理面临着更多的挑战,高校学生特点也随着外部环境的变化而变化,如何进一步发挥党支部、班级和团支部在学生管理中的基础性作用是目前社会关注的重要热点话题,而如何能够将三者进行有效的融合和统一,促进相互作用的发展,也是需要在实践中进行不断总结和完善的。在协同治理机制理论的基础上,对于党支部、班级和团支部的工作协调统一进行研究具有重要价值,这不仅可以提升相互工作开展的效率和质量,还可以进一步加强大学生思想政治教育,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。该文也将从协同工作机制的理论基础出发,以成贤学院为例进行探究和论述。

Class has always been the basic unit of university management,and also the basic organization for the development of students'daily management and the implementation of various affairs.In the new era,the management of colleges and universities is facing more challenges,and the characteristics of college students are also changing with the changes of the external environment.How to further play the basic role of the Party branch,class and Youth League branch in student management is an important hot topic of social concern,and how to effectively integrate and unify the three to promote the development of interaction is also needed in practice and constantly summarize and improve.Based on the theory of collaborative governance mechanism,it is of great value to study the coordination and unity of the work of Party branches,classes and Youth League branches,which can not only improve the efficiency and quality of mutual work,but also further strengthen the ideological and political education of college students,and guide students to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.This paper will also start from the theoretical basis of collaborative work mechanism,taking Chengxian University as an example to explore and discuss.
