试论地方高校一流本科教育建设的定位、方向和氛围——以江苏省高校一流本科教育建设为例

Research on the Orientation,Direction and Atmosphere of the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Education in Local Universities——Taking the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Education in Universities of Jiangsu Province as an Example

一流本科教育建设的前提是建设一流的教育,尤其是本科教育。一流本科教育建设需要世界排行榜的定性指标,然而通过对U.S.News、ARWU的分析,发现世界大学排行榜在评估国内高校上存在缺憾,不能直接将其作为一流本科教育建设成效评估和决策发展方向的依据。该文以期通过研究提供江苏省高校一流本科教育建设的政策意见。

The premise of building first-class undergraduate education is to build first-class education,especially undergraduate education.The construction of first-class undergraduate education needs the qualitative index of the world ranking.However,through the analysis of U.S.WS and ARWU,it is found that there are defects in the evaluation of domestic colleges and universities in the world Ranking,which cannot be directly used as the basis for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction of first-class undergraduate education and the development direction of decision making.This paper aims to provide policy Suggestions for the construction of first-class undergraduate education in Jiangsu universities.
