With the deepening of urbanization,rural development ushers in new opportunities.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was emphasized that the construction of public service system covering urban and rural areas should be strengthened to realize the common enjoyment of social resources by urban and rural areas.Public sports service is an important part of public service system and plays an important role.This paper will outline the integration of urban and rural areas,analyze the construction structure of urban and rural public sports service system,elaborate the important factors affecting the development of public sports service construction,and put forward the construction methods of public sports service system under the background of urban-rural integration,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
