摘要
创新应用型人才是我国经济社会发展必需的专业人才,以创新应用能力为基础制定的人才培养模式,对地方本科高校培养高素质人才具有十分重要的意义。针对我国地方本科高校在商科专业人才培养模式上存在的问题,提出明确人才培养目标,完善人才培养方案,注重人才实践能力的培养,加强师资队伍建设,健全校企合作机制,从而提升创新应用型人才培养的质量。
Innovative and applied talents are the necessary professional talents for the economic and social development of our country.The talent training model formulated on the basis of innovative application ability is of great significance to the training of high-quality talents in local undergraduate universities.Aiming at the problems of the business professional talent training model in local undergraduate universities,this paper proposes clearing talent training goals,improving talent training plans,paying attention to the cultivation of talent practical ability,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in order to enhance the training quality of innovative and applied talents.
