摘要
目的分析在中医康复技术教学中运用任务驱动教学法的作用与价值。方法将2019年6月—2020年6月该院医学院康复治疗专业学生60例作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组学生采取常规带教方法,观察组学生应用任务驱动教学法,比较两组学生考核成绩、职业自我效能感、带教效果、教学工作的认可程度。结果两组学生考核成绩有差异,且观察组基础理论、基础操作、专科理论、专科操作结合床边实践成绩均高于常规组,P<0.05;两组学生职业自我效能感有差异,且常规组教育要求、工作职责均低于观察组,P<0.05;两组学生带教效果有差异,且观察组团队协作、临床思维、知识应用能力、规范操作、病理书写水平均高于常规组,P<0.05;两组学生教学工作的认可程度有差异,且观察组交流沟通能力提升、分析与发现问题的提升、批判性思维的提升、理论与实际的拓展提升、团队意识的提升、学习积极性的提升、学习主动性的提升均高于常规组,P<0.05。结论在中医康复技术教学中,实施任务驱动教学法,能够提高教学效果与质量,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective To analyze the role and value of task-driven teaching method in the teaching of rehabilitation technology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 60 rehabilitation students from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into two groups:the routine group and the observation group.The routine group adopted the routine teaching method,and the observation group applied the task-driven teaching method,the examination results,career self-efficacy,teaching effect and recognition of teaching work were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference between the two groups,and the scores of basic theory,basic operation,special theory and Special Operation Combined with bedside practice in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05),the educational requirements and job responsibilities of the routine group were lower than those of the Observation Group(P<0.05),There were differences in teaching effect between the two groups,and the level of team cooperation,clinical thinking,knowledge application ability,standard operation and pathological writing in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement of communication ability,analysis and discovery of problems,critical thinking,theory and practice,team consciousness,learning motivation and learning initiative of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The task-driven teaching method can improve the teaching effect and quality in the teaching of TCM rehabilitation technology.
