基于“共情”能力培养的小学思想品德教育改革策略研究

摘要 品德修养、思想观念的引导是小学思想品德教育的重点内容,共情在情感教学中对于学生思想观念的引导、正确发展观的建立拥有良好的促进作用。小学思想品德教师在教育深化改革的背景下,考虑到学生能力培养的需要,为了完成新课标对小学思想品德教育给出的要求,培养学生形成共情能力,采用科学的方法挖掘小学思想品德教育的价值,感染学生并引导学生形成良好的学习素养。也为了进一步提升小学思想品德教育效果,教师从现代教学的思想层面出发,加强多媒体设备在小学思想品德教学中的应用程度,使用多媒体设备创造动态课堂,并采用问题式教学方法,从多个角度开展思想品德教育工作,以培养学生形成共情能力。 Moral cultivation and ideological guidance are the key contents of Ideological and moral education in primary schools.Empathy has a good role in promoting the guidance of students'ideas and the establishment of correct development concept in emotional teaching.Under the background of deepening the reform of education,the ideological and moral teachers in primary schools,in order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards for ideological and moral education in primary schools,cultivate students'empathy ability,use scientific methods to tap the value of Ideological and moral education in primary schools,infect students and guide them to form good learning quality.In order to further improve the effect of Ideological and moral education in primary schools,teachers,from the ideological level of modern teaching,strengthen the application of multimedia equipment in primary school ideological and moral education,use multimedia equipment to create dynamic classroom,and use problem-based teaching methods to carry out ideological and moral education from various angles,so as to cultivate students'empathy ability.
