摘要
因为目前的大学生处于的社会环境比以往任何时候都要复杂,所面临的心理问题也较多,再加上现代大学生容易出现认知局限,缺乏对客观事物的深刻认知与思考,考虑问题往往不够全面,因此体现出心理上的不成熟。所以,学校应充分认识到大学生存在的心理问题,提高对学生心理健康的关注度,积极开设有助于解决学生心理问题的心理健康教育课程。但是随着社会环境的改善,高校大学生的心理问题越来越突出,这就需要学校基于积极心理学的视域,正确对待目前大学生心理教育课程展开过程中存在的不足,并切实强化大学生心理健康教育课程的改革和完善,为学生普及更多的心理健康知识,缓解学生的心理压力,从而根本上解决学生的心理问题。该文就如何加大对其改革提出了几点分析。
Because the current social environment of college students is more complex than ever before,and they are faced with more psychological problems.In addition,modern college students are prone to cognitive limitations,lack of deep cognition and thinking of objective things,and the consideration of problems is often not comprehensive enough,which reflects the immaturity of psychology.Therefore,the school should be fully aware of the psychological problems of college students,improve the degree of attention to students'mental health,and actively set up mental health education courses to help solve students'psychological problems.However,with the improvement of the social environment,the psychological problems of college students are becoming more and more prominent,which requires the school to correctly deal with the shortcomings existing in the process of carrying out the psychological education course for college students based on the perspective of positive psychology,and effectively strengthen the reform and improvement of the psychological health education course for college students,so as to popularize more psychological health knowledge for students and alleviate their psychological problems Pressure,so as to fundamentally solve students'psychological problems.This paper puts forward some analysis on how to strengthen the reform.
