新媒体时代高校辅导员谈心谈话路径创新

In the New Media Era,College Counselors'Heart to Heart Talk Path Innovation

谈心谈话是高校辅导员工作的重要组成部分,也是辅导员教师处理突发事件的一个有效手段之一。当前我国已经步入新时代,各类新媒体工具应运而生,具有使用者低龄化,使用时间长等特点。作为千禧年出生的新一批大学生,传统的谈心谈话已经很难应对日新月异的思维,只有抓住学生喜闻乐见的方式,才能做好谈心谈话。而目前传统的谈心谈话存在学生信息收集难、时效性差、谈话方式古板、缺乏系统化流程等问题,该文提出了一系列创新谈话路径,对提高谈话效率,预防学生重大意外事件发生有至关重要作用。同时《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》提出辅导员是高等学校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。辅导员的职责要求辅导员要有一定的心理健康教育咨询能力和运用新媒体把握网络教育阵地的能力,从而高效处理学生所面对的各种突发情况。

The heart-to-heat talk is an indispensable part of the college counselors and also acts as an effective way cope with the emergencies.Currently,our society has entered into a new stage featured by various new media instruments with younger age,longer usage time.The new generation of college students prefer to adopt new ways of heart-to-heart talks.In accordance with the problems occurred in the traditional talks such as difficulties in gathering information,low time effectiveness,old-fashioned talk styles,a lack of systematic process.This paper aims to propose a series of innovative heart-to-heart talks in an effort to increase the talk efficiency,prevent from the occurrence of major and emergent events.Besides,The Regulation on Counselors Troop Construction of General Institutes of Higher Education claims that the counselor is the organizer,implementer and instructor and also requires that they should have adequate psychological background knowledge,and utilize the new media instruments to deal with the web politic-ideological education so as to effectively solve various problems.
