Human growth is inseparable from the influence of excellent traditional culture.Strengthening the promotion of traditional Chinese culture is beneficial to the improvement of humanistic quality.This article takes the Chinese traditional culture's strategies for the development of college students'humanistic qualities as the core,and emphasizes the importance of the basic spirit and humanistic connotation of Chinese traditional culture to college students'quality education,and proposes targeted strategies for the cultivation of humanistic qualities.
