摘要
行动学习法致力于建立一个协同工作以解决实际问题的学习环境。幼儿园骨干园长培训研究项目的行动学习画布设计围绕行动学习开展必需的“问题”“结构化知识”“团队探索”“行动”4个基本要素和“质疑与反思”核心要素内容,采用动态循环的学习系统模式探索提升培训质量的有效模式并积极开展实践,努力解决学员学习与应用、知识输入与实际能力提升“两张皮”的现实问题,最终实现骨干园长个人自主管理的持续性专业推进和发展。
Action learning method aims to create a learning environment that works together to solve practical problems.Action learning canvas design of the backbone Kindergarten principal training project starts around the four basic elements of"question""structured knowledge""team explore""action"and the core elements of"query and reflection",using a dynamic cyclic learning system model to explore an effective model to improve the training quality and practice actively,to make great efforts to solve the practical problems of students'ability of learning and application,knowledge input and the ability improvement that had disconnected,finally to realize continuous professional promotion and development of individual self-management of the backbone principal.
