扩招背景下高职院校校企协同培养人才探索与实践——以文秘专业为例

The Exploration and Practice of Training Talents by Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises——Taking Secretary Major as an Example

在百万扩招背景下,高职院校面临着提高学生人才培养质量和提升就业质量的问题。校企协同培养人才是解决此问题的有效途径。文章分析了扩招背景下高职院校面临的挑战,以文秘专业为例,阐述了专业校企协同育人的突破点,从构建校企协同育人模式、共建教学资源和实习实践体系、共建“双师结构”型师资团队等6个方面提出了对策,以期实现人才精准培养的目标。

Under the background of Million enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges are faced with the problem of improving the quality of student training and employment.Cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises may be the effective way to train talents.This paper takes secretary major as an example to explain the breakthrough points of cooperation between higher vocational college and enterprise,and puts forward countermeasures from six aspects,including the construction of education mode,the co-construction of teaching resources and practice system,and the co-construction of“Double Qualified Teacher”team,so as to achieve the goal of accurate talent training.
