摘要
做好班级管理是保证高职学生教育教学质量的重要抓手,针对高职学生这一群体的特殊性,从心理育人视角探索创新班级管理方式方法,对高职学生的管理和培养都有重要意义。高职学生具有心理调节能力差、情绪体验不稳定、核心自我评价低等心理特征。基于高职学生心理特征分析,运用积极心理学理论,从加强思想政治教育、培养正向心理能力、强化家校联动共育、创新就业指导模式等方面着手,有助于提高高职学生班级管理成效。
Good class management is an important grasp to ensure the quality of Higher Vocational Students'education and teaching.In view of the particularity of higher vocational students,it is of great significance to explore innovative class management methods from the perspective of psychological education.Vocational college students have poor psychological adjustment ability,unstable emotional experience and low core self-evaluation.Based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students,using the theory of positive psychology,from strengthening the ideological and political education,cultivating positive psychological ability,strengthening the joint education of family and school,and innovating the employment guidance mode,it is helpful to improve the effectiveness of Higher Vocational Students'class management.
