论新文科背景下工程法学教育的困境与出路 被引量:1

摘要 在新文科教育背景下,交叉法学教育必将成为未来高端法律人才培养和法学院校特色化办学的基本方向。许多院校将法学与本校土木工程专业相结合,探索出了具有自身特色的工程法学教育模式。但由于法学教育存在的规范性与特色性及理论性与实践性的冲突,法学院校在交叉法学的课程设计、师资建设、教学方式等方面面临诸多困境。因此,法学院校在谋求交叉法学教育特色的道路上,必须研究如何在保证法学教育规范性的基础上增强特色性的问题。这就需要结合自身的办学优势和特色合理设置课程,建立具有法学与技术复合型能力的师资队伍,打造专业深度交叉的复合型人才培养模式,开展有针对性的实践锻炼,重视特色课程教材与案例开发建设。 Under the background of new liberal arts education,cross law education will become the basic direction of training high-end legal talents and characteristic running of law schools in the future.Many colleges and universities combine the law with the civil engineering specialty of their own,and have explored the education mode of Engineering Law with its own characteristics.However,due to the conflict between the normative and the characteristic as well as the theoretical and practical nature of law education,law colleges and universities are facing many difficulties in the course design,teacher construction and teaching methods of cross law.Therefore,on the way to seek the characteristics of cross law education,law colleges and universities must study how to enhance the characteristics on the basis of ensuring the standardization of law education.Therefore,it is necessary to set up the curriculum reasonably according to its own advantages and characteristics,establish a teaching team with the compound ability of law and technology,create the interdisciplinary talent training mode with deep professional intersection,carry out targeted practical training,and attach importance to the development and construction of characteristic course materials and cases.
